Groupon's Suneel Gupta will give a post IPO update to his talk "Using Lean Startup Principles to Manage Hypergrowth" that he delivered at last year's Startup Lessons Learned Conference. We'll follow the talk with audience q&a.
As always, we'll start with an hour of networking over beer and pizza, followed by a five minute overview of Lean Startup by Pathfinder Software's Bernhard Kappe.

DavidExcellent meeting and presentation. Would have liked a greeter or registration desk - this was my first meeting and felt lost. Needed some context regarding the group, ITA's role and mission of group.

joshThe title was very misleading. The talk had nothing to do with managing hyper-growth. Make sure you do not mislead people with the title. This talk was more a talk on validating your idea and trial and error with testing. Completely different topic. two star because it was off topic. If it was on topic, it would be rated higher

Dave LinhardtSuneel was awesome. I enjoyed learning about how Groupon is staying lean even though they have huge resources. As a suggestion, I would love to see Suneel come back an present a real case study. Take us through a Groupon project from inception to completion. Choose one that failed or one that succeeded. Either way, we would all learn a lot from it.
