Are you currently practicing Lean Startup techniques (e.g. Customer Development)?

No, but I am very curious to see if any of these techniques can be adapted to the practice of law. I am a huge fan of innovation and process of improvements and would like to learn more. I have tried to bring innovation to the business of law through a web-based simplified RFP platform (www.aliunde.com, if you are curious), but that effort is on hold for the moment.

What specific topics related to the Lean Startup are you interested in?

At this point, I am most interested in developing a general knowledge base about Lean Startup techniques. Of course, any techniques that would apply should I restart Aliunde would be very helpful, too.
