We recently won LSM Chicago, and were written about here: http://bit.ly/skinclick-lean and here: http://bit.ly/skinclick-twilio We're doing Cust Dev with Dermatologists, initially based upon the product idea we have, but we are open to segueing into what their "true" pain-points are. I believe in B2B situations, an entrepreneur's initial product-idea and MVP provide a good springboard to get a sit-down with a higher-level individual, but one must be fine potentially immediately pivoting because said individual may be lukewarm on your initial idea, but has a separate issue that they REALLY need fixed, and that's where you can come in to offer potential solutions.
